WhatsApp for business in El Paso
WhatsApp for business, set up for El Paso and Juárez: WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, text messages and your website chat answered from one place, with WhatsApp's own opt-in built in.

At a glance
- What: a setup that brings WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram messages, texts and your website chat into one place your team answers from.
- Why here: customers on both sides of the bridge write before they call, many from a +52 number that US business texting cannot reach.
- Opt-in: WhatsApp messages go only to people who opted in to hear from you on WhatsApp, separate from any texting consent.
- Yours: the WhatsApp account, the number and the conversation history are registered to your business.
- How to start: get a free sample of your welcome message and routing plan and a fixed written quote, with no obligation.
The problem it solves
Along this border a lot of customers write before they call, and many of them write on WhatsApp. If your messages are split across a personal phone, a Facebook page and an Instagram account nobody checks, some of those customers never hear back. WhatsApp for business, set up properly, puts every message in one place your team answers from.
Why WhatsApp carries so much here
In the 2026 study by Asociación de Internet MX, 91% of Mexican internet users had an active WhatsApp account. INEGI’s 2025 survey found that 97.3% of internet users in Mexico connect by smartphone, and 90.6% of smartphone users use messaging apps. Those are national figures, and they describe how customers on the Juárez side of the bridge reach a business.
Then there is the number. A Juárez phone starts with +52 656. US business texting under A2P 10DLC covers US numbers only, so a reminder text never reaches that customer. A WhatsApp message does.
What the setup does
It brings WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, texts and your website chat into one view, routes each conversation to the right person, and keeps the history in your business’s name. A welcome message and quick replies handle the questions you get twenty times a week, in English and Spanish.
The opt-in rule
WhatsApp’s business policy allows messages only to people who gave you their number and opted in to hear from you on WhatsApp. A texting opt-in does not carry over, so the setup asks for WhatsApp consent on its own, in plain words, on your forms, your booking page and your site’s WhatsApp button.
What’s included
- One place to answer from.
- WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram messages, texts and your website chat in a single view, on the computer and on your team's phones.
- A WhatsApp account in your business's name.
- Registered to your business with your name and hours, not to a person on staff and not to Rodco.
- Who answers what.
- Conversations go to the right person by topic or by language, and nobody answers the same customer twice.
- A welcome message and quick replies.
- A greeting, directions, hours and booking links in English and Spanish, ready with one tap.
- WhatsApp's own opt-in.
- Worded consent on your forms, your booking and your site's WhatsApp button, kept separate from texting consent.
- A number that works from both countries.

- An after-hours answer.
- An optional assistant that answers the questions you approved and leaves the rest for your team.
How it works
The same order every time: nothing is built, and nothing is paid, until you have seen your sample and the written quote.
Tell us where your messages come from
Which apps customers write on, who answers today, which questions repeat and how many come from Mexican numbers.
Your free sample
The welcome message, the quick replies and the routing plan, in English and Spanish, with a fixed written quote beside it. Free, with no obligation.
You approve, we build and test
We register the WhatsApp account to your business, connect each channel, add the opt-in wording and test every path from a US and a Mexican number before customers use it.
Training
How to pick up a conversation, hand it to someone else, use a quick reply and see who answered what.
The first 30 days
We look at which questions came in most and turn the answers into quick replies or the after-hours assistant.
As little as 48 hours of lead time covers most projects. Larger sites, online stores and sites with booking or ordering systems get their own dated timeline in the written quote.
How pricing works
Every business needs a different set of pieces, so every quote is written for yours. You see your free sample and a fixed written quote before you pay anything. Here is how a quote works.
- Agency-quality work at small-business prices, quoted in writing before anything starts.
- A fixed written quote. No surprise invoices.
- You can own your website instead of renting it: no monthly website fee, with the domain, files and accounts in your name.
- Pay for the services you actually need. Every package is built à la carte.
Questions
How is this different from the WhatsApp Business app on my phone?
The free app works well when one person answers on one phone. Once two or three people share the work, messages get missed or answered twice. The setup puts WhatsApp next to Messenger, Instagram, texts and web chat in one place, shows who is handling each conversation, and keeps the history when someone is off.
Can I message any customer on WhatsApp?
No. WhatsApp's business policy lets a business contact someone only after that person has given you their number and opted in to receive messages from you. A texting opt-in does not count; WhatsApp needs its own. We add the opt-in to your forms, your booking and the WhatsApp button on your site, worded in English and Spanish.
Do customers in Ciudad Juárez reach us the same way?
Yes. Juárez numbers are +52 656, and a customer with one writes to your WhatsApp like anyone else. That matters because US business texting under A2P 10DLC covers US numbers only. For a customer with a Mexican number, WhatsApp is the channel that works.
Do I need a new phone number?
Not always. We look at the number you use today and say in the quote whether it can be connected or whether a separate line is cleaner. Either way the number is registered to your business, not to Rodco.
Can an assistant answer WhatsApp after hours?
Yes. It can greet the customer, answer the questions you approved, such as hours, location and how to book, and leave the rest for your team in the morning. It is the same assistant described on the AI receptionist page, working in chat.
Who owns the conversations?
Your business does. The WhatsApp account, the number and the history are in your name. If a Mexican business collects customer data through WhatsApp, its website also needs an aviso de privacidad under Mexico's personal data law, and we write and place that notice too; you or your lawyer review the final text.
How much does a WhatsApp setup cost?
It is quoted. The written quote lists the setup and every monthly cost, including messaging fees, before anything starts. For a business in Mexico the quote can be in pesos or dollars.
