Salon and barbershop website design
- Live in as little as 48 hours
- English and Spanish
- You own your site, domain and accounts

At a glance
- Salon website design for hair salons, barbershops, nail and lash studios, estheticians and suite renters in El Paso, Las Cruces and Ciudad Juárez.
- Rodco Systems builds the site, connects the booking app you already use to Google and to your Instagram profile, and lays out your work so it loads fast on a phone.
- One page per stylist or barber when clients book a person, not a chair.
- English and Spanish pages, written by people, not a translation widget.
- A free sample of your home page in one business day. If you already have a booking app, the site can be live in as little as 48 hours after you approve; a new booking setup gets a dated timeline in the quote.
How customers choose
People choose a salon or a barber by looking at the work. They scroll a profile, open the photos on Google, check the price and the next open slot, and book or keep scrolling. Salon website design is about making that path short: your best work up front, a price, and one Book button that goes to the calendar you actually use. Rodco Systems designs salon and barbershop websites in El Paso, Las Cruces and Juárez, in English and Spanish, with one Book button tied to the calendar you already use.
Where do clients look first?
On Instagram, if they already know your name. Pew Research Center’s 2025 survey found half of U.S. adults use Instagram, and 62% of Hispanic adults do. That’s where regulars watch your work.
On Google, if they don’t know you yet. “Barbershop near me” and “nail salon Eastside” are Google searches, and the profile that shows up needs a booking link, hours and photos. Google Business Profile has a Bookings setting that works with supported booking providers through Reserve with Google, or takes your own booking link. Either way, the button has to land somewhere the client can finish booking.
The site sits between the two. It holds the services, the prices and the policies that don’t fit in a bio, and it’s the one address you own outright.
What does your site have to do?
Turn a look into an appointment. Everything on the page supports that one step.
Start with the booking link. Most salons already run a booking app. We connect it to the button on every page, to your Google profile and to your Instagram bio, so all three open the same calendar. If you take walk-ins, the site says when.
Then the work. A gallery of your own photos, grouped by service and compressed so it opens quickly on a phone, does more than a feed a client has to scroll. Each stylist or barber gets a page with their work and their own booking link, because clients book a person.
Then prices. A “from” price for each service answers the question that fills your DMs. Deposits and cancellation rules go on the booking page in plain words.
What does the page look like? An illustrative wireframe
On a phone: the shop name, “Open today until 7 p.m.” and two big buttons, Book and Call. Below that, six photos of your best work, then the services with starting prices, then the team, each person with a photo and a Book link. Then hours with walk-in times, the address with a map pin, parking, and a reviews line that links to Google. The Spanish page has the same layout with WhatsApp beside Call.
That’s an illustrative wireframe, not a client’s site. Your photos and your prices go in; the order stays because it’s the order clients already expect.
Who’s on the other side of the chair?
Lots of small shops. El Paso County had 114 beauty salons with payroll in 2025, plus nail salons and barbershops, and those numbers leave out every booth renter. In Juárez, INEGI lists 2,833 estéticas, barberías and salons, and 95.5% have five employees or fewer. Only 29 list a website.
That makes the booth renter and the one-chair barbershop the typical client here, not the exception. A renter’s clients follow the renter, so the site carries your name and your booking link, and it moves with you when you change suites. Texas licenses mini-establishments and mobile shops as well as full salons, and New Mexico’s board licenses establishments too, so whatever kind of shop you run, the site can say what you are and where to find you.

What your site must do
- Online booking
Must-have features
One Book button, everywhere.
The same booking page behind the button on your site, on your Google profile and in your Instagram bio, so a client never books into a calendar you don't check.
A gallery grouped by service.
Your own photos, compressed for phones and grouped by cut, color, nails or lashes, with a link to Instagram for the rest. Half of U.S. adults and 62% of Hispanic adults use Instagram; the site is for the people who don't follow you yet.
Starting prices on the services page.
Price is the first DM. A "from" price per service answers it before the client messages, and in Juárez the price goes in pesos with the total shown.
A page per stylist or barber.
Clients book a person. Each page shows that person's work, days and booking link, and stays useful if they rent a suite.
Hours that match Google, including walk-in hours.
Barbershops that take walk-ins should say when. A mismatch between the site and the profile sends a client to a closed door.
Policies in plain words.
Deposits, late arrivals and cancellations stated on the booking page, in English and Spanish, so nobody hears about them for the first time at the chair.

Region notes
El Paso
El Paso County had 114 beauty salons with payroll in 2025, plus 19 nail salons and 6 barber shops (BLS), and that count leaves out every booth renter and owner-run shop with no employees. Say which side of town you're on (Westside, Eastside, Northeast, Lower Valley, Horizon) on the site and on Google, the way your clients say it. Spanish and English both matter: a Spanish services page that names the same cuts and prices brings in clients who would otherwise message to ask.
Southern New Mexico
Doña Ana County had 24 beauty salons with payroll in 2025 (BLS). Licensing runs through New Mexico's Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists, not Texas's TDLR, so a stylist who works on both sides of the state line needs a license in each state. If your clients include NMSU students, a back-to-school block in August and a graduation block in May give them a reason to book ahead.
Ciudad Juárez
INEGI lists 2,833 estéticas, barberías and salons in Juárez; 95.5% have five employees or fewer and 29 list a website. With that few online, a page with services, prices in pesos, a booking link and a map pin already puts a shop ahead of most of its street. Shops that serve clients from El Paso add an English page and a dollar reference next to the peso price.

Questions
Do I need a website if my clients book through Instagram?
Instagram is where people see your work. Google is where people who don't follow you yet look for a salon near them, and Google's Book button needs a booking page to point to. A site gives both a place to send people: your services and prices, your booking link and your address, at one address that you own.
Can clients book from my Google profile?
Yes. Google Business Profile has a Bookings setting that works with supported booking providers through Reserve with Google, or takes a link to your own booking page. If your booking app is a supported provider, we turn it on; if not, we add the link. Either way the same booking page sits behind the button on your site.
I rent a booth or a suite. Can I have my own site?
Yes, and it's often the first thing a renter needs, because your clients follow you, not the building. The site carries your name, your services, your booking link and the suite address, and you keep it if you move.
Should I put prices on the site?
Starting prices, yes. A "from" price on each cut, color, full set or lash fill answers the first question people DM you about. Services priced by length or by consultation can say so. In Juárez, prices go in pesos with the total and taxes shown; a dollar reference can sit beside them.
How do I show my work without slowing the site down?
With a gallery of your own photos, resized and compressed when we build the page, grouped by service so a client looking for balayage doesn't scroll through fades. We link your Instagram for the rest.
Can the site send appointment reminders?
Most booking apps already send them. If yours doesn't, our automations service can send reminders and rebooking messages by text, WhatsApp or email, written in the client's language. We set that up as a separate service when you want it.
How do I get more clients for my salon or barbershop?
Make booking the easiest thing to do after someone sees your work. Put one Book button on Google, Instagram and the website, all pointing to the same calendar; keep recent photos of real cuts, color and nails on your Google profile; and send a review request after each visit. In El Paso, Las Cruces and Juárez, showing prices in the currency clients pay with removes one more reason to message instead of book.
