Social media management in El Paso
Social media management for El Paso businesses: we plan, write and schedule your Facebook and Instagram posts in English and Spanish, you approve them, and they go out on time while you're busy running the place.
At a glance
- What: your posts planned a month ahead, written, scheduled and published on your Facebook and Instagram pages.
- Languages: English, Spanish or both, each one written for the customer reading it.
- You approve: the month's posts reach you before anything goes out, and nothing is published without your okay.
- What it is not: paid ads or a promise of followers. We post on schedule and never buy likes.
- How to start: tell us what you sell and where you post today, and get a few sample posts and a fixed written quote.
The problem it solves
A customer finds your page, sees the last post was in March and moves on. They can’t tell if you’re closed or just busy. Posting regularly fixes that, and it’s the part of running a business that slides first when the shop gets full.
We take it off your plate. You tell us what’s going on, we write and schedule the posts, you approve them, and they go out on time.
What goes on the page
Things a customer can act on. The lunch special at your place on Montana. Saturday hours. The AC tune-up before the first 100-degree week. The patio you finished in Horizon City. The closing on Christmas Eve. On the El Paso side and in Juárez a lot of your customers read Spanish first, so the posts can run in both languages, written for each one.
What we won’t do
Buy followers or likes. Promise a follower count. Post stock pictures that pretend to be your crew. Argue with a commenter in your name. If a comment needs a reply, you hear about it the same day and decide how to answer.
Posting and ads are different jobs
Regular posts keep the people who already know you up to date. Ads reach people who don’t know you yet, and they cost money every day they run. Most small businesses in El Paso, Las Cruces and Socorro do fine starting with posting alone. If you want ads later, they’re a separate quote.
What’s included
- A monthly post calendar.
- Specials, slow weeks, holidays and seasonal work planned a month ahead, so the page doesn't go quiet the moment you get busy.
- Posts written for your customers.
- Short, plain and about something a customer can use. In English, Spanish or both, with the Spanish written in Spanish.
- Your approval first.
- You see the whole month in one place and mark each post yes, change it or skip it.
- Scheduling and publishing.
- Posts go out on the days and hours your customers are scrolling, evenings and weekends included, without you touching your phone.
- Your Google profile too.
- The same news posted to your Google Business Profile, if you want it there.
- A heads-up on comments and messages.
- When a comment or a message needs an answer, we tell you. We reply in your name only if you ask us to in writing.
- A short monthly recap.
- What went out and what people responded to, read from your pages' own numbers in plain words.
- Accounts that stay yours.
- Rodco works as a person you added to your pages. Remove us and everything stays put.
How it works
The same order every time: nothing is built, and nothing is paid, until you have seen your sample and the written quote.
Tell us about your business
What you sell, where you post now, what customers ask about and which language they ask in.
Sample posts and your quote
A few posts written for your business, with a fixed written quote beside them: how many posts a month and where they go.
You approve and add us
Say yes to the quote and add Rodco to your pages from your own settings. No passwords change hands.
Your first month, scheduled
We gather photos from you, write the month, send it for your okay and schedule what you approved.
Every month after
Next month's calendar reaches you before the month starts, with a recap of the last one.
As little as 48 hours of lead time covers most projects. Larger sites, online stores and sites with booking or ordering systems get their own dated timeline in the written quote.
How pricing works
Every business needs a different set of pieces, so every quote is written for yours. You see your free sample and a fixed written quote before you pay anything. Here is how a quote works.
- Agency-quality work at small-business prices, quoted in writing before anything starts.
- A fixed written quote. No surprise invoices.
- You can own your website instead of renting it: no monthly website fee, with the domain, files and accounts in your name.
- Pay for the services you actually need. Every package is built à la carte.
Questions
Will you get me more followers?
We don't promise a number, and nobody honest can. What we control is that your page stays current, looks like your business and gives a customer a reason to stop: the special, the new hours, the job you just finished. We never buy followers or likes. The monthly recap shows what people actually responded to, so the next month leans that way.
Do I have to give you my password?
No. You add Rodco to your pages from your own account settings, with only the access posting needs, and you can remove us any time. The pages, the followers and every post stay yours.
Where do the photos come from?
From you first. Phone pictures of the shop, the plate or the finished job are fine and often do better than polished ones. For a full set, the business photography add-on sends a photographer to your place. We don't post stock pictures that pretend to be your shop or your team.
How many posts a month?
As many as you have real news for, set in your quote. A taquería with a weekly special and a roofer with seasonal work need different calendars. Fewer posts that say something beat a daily post that says nothing.
Is this the same as running ads?
No. Posts reach the people who already follow you and the people they share with. Ads pay to reach people who don't know you yet. Plenty of businesses start with regular posting and add ads later, and the Facebook and Instagram ads service is quoted on its own.
How much does social media management cost per month?
It depends on how many posts a month you need, whether the photos already exist and whether you post in one language or two, so you get a fixed monthly quote in writing before anything starts. An El Paso business posting in English and Spanish needs more writing than one posting in a single language, and the quote shows that.
