Logistics website design for carriers, brokers and warehouses on the border
- Live in as little as 48 hours
- English and Spanish
- You own your site, domain and accounts

At a glance
- For trucking companies, drayage and cross-border carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and agencias aduanales, and warehouses in El Paso, Santa Teresa, Las Cruces and Ciudad Juárez.
- Rodco Systems builds sites that show your lanes, crossings and authority numbers up front, with a quote form that collects the load details dispatch needs.
- Every page in English and in Spanish, because shippers, plants and drivers work in both.
- Rodco's founder has done scheduling and order management in El Paso manufacturing, on the shipper's side of the dock.
- Reach us by form, phone, WhatsApp or email. You get a free sample of your home page in one business day and a fixed written quote; the domain, the site and every account are registered to you.
How customers choose
A shipper choosing a carrier, or an importer choosing a customs broker, wants three answers before calling: do you run my lane, through which crossing, and are you legitimate. Logistics website design for the border puts those answers on the first screen, then gives dispatch a quote form that asks what a rate actually depends on. Everything else on the site supports that call. Rodco Systems builds logistics websites for carriers, customs brokers and warehouses in El Paso, Santa Teresa and Juárez, in English and Spanish.
What does a shipper check first?
The lane and the crossing. El Paso freight moves through a few specific ports, and each one shapes a quote. Ysleta-Zaragoza took 641,729 northbound trucks in 2025, about three of every four through El Paso’s Texas ports, with FAST lanes northbound. Santa Teresa took 171,932, and the Bridge of the Americas, which GSA calls the only toll-free crossing of El Paso’s four, took 164,255. A carrier page that says “Juárez to El Paso via Zaragoza, same day, dry van and flatbed” answers in one line what a generic “nationwide freight solutions” page never does.
Then legitimacy. Federal rules require your legal or trade name and “USDOT” with your number on both sides of every power unit. Shippers check those numbers before tendering a load, so they go in the site footer and on the quote page, matching the doors of your trucks. For a customs broker, the license matters most: under 19 CFR 111.2, anyone transacting customs business for others needs a CBP broker license. Say who holds it and which ports you file at.
What should the quote form collect?
What dispatch writes down on the first call: origin and destination, pickup date, equipment, weight, pallet count, commodity, hazmat, and whether the load crosses and needs a broker on either side. A form that collects those gets a rate on the first reply. A form with “name, email, message” gets a phone call back and a day lost.
Rodco’s founder has done scheduling and order management in El Paso manufacturing, the shipper’s side of the dock. The quote form is built from that side: it asks what a shipper already knows when they reach for the phone.
What does the page look like? An illustrative wireframe
Picture a phone screen. Your company name, “Juárez–El Paso cross-border, dry van and flatbed” and three buttons: Get a quote, Call dispatch, WhatsApp. Below that, a lanes block with the crossings you use and the cities you reach, then your USDOT and MC numbers, desk hours, a warehouse block with square feet and dock doors, and a separate “Drive for us” link. The Spanish page has the same layout with dock vocabulary.
That is an illustrative wireframe, not a client’s site.
How big is the market on this border?
Ports in TxDOT’s El Paso Region handled $42.6 billion in exports and $63.0 billion in imports in 2024. On the U.S. side, El Paso County had 608 trucking establishments, 160 freight arrangement firms and 84 warehouses in 2025. In Juárez, INEGI lists 199 freight trucking companies and 122 agencias aduanales, and 24 of those agencias list a website. Shippers here often work in both languages, so the carrier with clear lanes, visible numbers and a quote form that works in English and Spanish is easy to pick.

What your site must do
- Quote request
Must-have features
Lanes and crossings on the first screen.
Shippers want to know in seconds whether you run Juárez to El Paso, which bridge you use (Ysleta-Zaragoza, BOTA, Santa Teresa) and how far north you go.
Authority and license numbers where buyers look.
USDOT and MC numbers matching the trucks, or the broker license and ports you file at, in the footer and on the quote page.
A quote form that matches your dispatch sheet.
Origin, destination, date, equipment, weight, pallets, commodity, hazmat and customs needs, so the first reply is a rate.
Spanish and English pages written for the dock.
Caja seca, pedimento and cruce on one side, dry van, entry and crossing on the other, the way each reader says them.
A driver-recruiting page.
Requirements, home time, pay structure and an application link, kept apart from the shipper pages so each audience finds its own button.
Desk hours and after-hours contact.
Bridges run on their own schedules. Say when the desk is staffed and how to reach someone when a load is held.
Warehouse specs in numbers.
Square feet, dock doors, bonded or not, cross-dock, distance to the nearest crossing. A buyer compares warehouses by those figures.

Region notes
El Paso
Ysleta-Zaragoza is the freight bridge: 641,729 northbound trucks in 2025, about three of every four that entered through El Paso's Texas ports, with FAST lanes northbound. The Bridge of the Americas added 164,255 and is the only toll-free crossing of the four, per GSA. El Paso County had 608 trucking establishments, 160 freight arrangement firms and 84 warehouses in 2025 (BLS), and Plan El Paso places the newer warehouse growth near Zaragoza Road and Loop 375. Your site should say which bridge you use and how close your yard or warehouse is to it.
Southern New Mexico
Santa Teresa logged 171,932 northbound trucks in 2025 (BTS), more than the Bridge of the Americas. Doña Ana County had 70 trucking establishments with about 570 jobs in 2025 (BLS). A Santa Teresa carrier or warehouse page should name the port, the drive to I-10 and the hours the crossing is open for commercial traffic.
Ciudad Juárez
INEGI lists 199 freight trucking companies and 122 agencias aduanales in Juárez, and only 24 of the agencias list a website. A Juárez agencia or carrier with a bilingual page that names its crossings, its services and the hours its desk is staffed stands out to the U.S. importers who choose them. Quote in pesos or dollars, list the plants or industrial parks you serve, and put WhatsApp next to the phone so a plant can reach dispatch from the dock.

Questions
What should a freight quote form ask?
Origin and destination with ZIP or colonia, pickup date, equipment (dry van, flatbed, reefer, box truck), weight and pallet count, commodity, hazmat yes or no, and whether the load crosses the border and needs a customs broker on either side. With those, dispatch can price on the first reply. Fewer fields mean more calls back.
Should our USDOT and MC numbers be on the website?
Yes. Federal rules already require your legal or trade name and "USDOT" with your number on both sides of each power unit, legible from 50 feet. Shippers and brokers check those numbers before they tender a load, so put them in the footer and on the quote page, matching the trucks exactly.
We're customs brokers. What makes a broker site credible?
Say who holds the license and which ports you file at, list the services you actually handle (entries, classification, bonds, PGA filings), and show the hours your desk is staffed at the bridge. Under federal rules, anyone transacting customs business for others needs a CBP broker license, while an importer filing only for itself doesn't, so the license is the first thing an importer looks for.
Do we need a Spanish site if our customers are U.S. companies?
Usually yes. The plant manager in Juárez who calls dispatch, the Mexican carrier you interline with and the agencia aduanal on the other side all read Spanish first. We write the Spanish page with the words the dock uses, like caja seca, pedimento and cruce, rather than a translation.
Can the site show live tracking?
Linking your TMS or tracking portal from the site is part of the build. A custom tracking system is a separate project with its own quote and dated timeline.
How do customs brokers and carriers get new clients?
Usually through a referral or a search, and either way the shipper checks your website before calling. List the lanes and crossings you run, your USDOT, MC or broker license numbers and the services you actually offer, then add a quote form that asks for commodity, weight and pickup point. Answer every request the same day. In El Paso, Santa Teresa and Juárez, English and Spanish pages let the U.S. buyer and the Mexican plant both check you.
