Online forms and e-signature in El Paso

Online forms and e-signature for your El Paso business: customers fill out intake forms, waivers and estimates on their phone and sign with a finger, and each signed copy is saved to the right client.

At a glance

  • What: intake forms, waivers, estimates and agreements your customers fill out and sign from a phone, built in your own account.
  • Where it lands: each signed copy is saved on the customer's record with the date and time, and the customer gets a copy by email.
  • Legal footing: under the federal ESIGN Act and Texas law, a signature can't be refused just because it is electronic. Wills, family-law papers and court documents are exceptions.
  • Languages: every form in English, Spanish or both, written by people who speak both.
  • How to start: send us the paper forms you use today and get a free sample of the first one rebuilt, with a fixed written quote.

The problem it solves

A customer fills out a clipboard form in your waiting room, someone types it into the computer later, and the signed waiver goes into a drawer. Online forms skip both steps. The customer fills it out on their own phone, signs with a finger, and the signed copy is on their record before they reach the front desk.

Is an electronic signature as good as ink?

For most business paperwork, yes. The federal ESIGN Act says a signature or contract can’t be denied legal effect just because it is electronic, and Texas law says the same. Texas applies that rule when both sides agree to do business electronically, so every form asks for that agreement before the signature. The exceptions are real: wills and trusts, family-law papers, court documents and a few notices like foreclosure. An e-signature also doesn’t replace a notary. Those stay on paper.

Where it saves time

A gym in Horizon City can send the membership waiver before the first visit. A contractor in Socorro can get an estimate signed in the driveway instead of waiting for a scan. A salon in Las Cruces can have the new-client form done before the appointment starts. In each case the answers go straight to the customer’s record in your custom CRM, so nobody types them twice.

What we need from you

The forms you use now and any wording you are required to keep. If a lawyer wrote your waiver or contract, we use their exact text and have them approve the Spanish version. When you are ready, ask for a free sample of your first form.

How it works

The same order every time: nothing is built, and nothing is paid, until you have seen your sample and the written quote.

  1. Show us your paperwork

The forms you hand out now, who fills them out, where they get lost and what happens after someone signs.

    Day 1

  2. Your free sample

Your most-used form rebuilt for a phone, in English and Spanish, ready to try, with a fixed written quote for the rest. Free, with no obligation.

    One business day

  3. You approve, we build and test

Each form is built in your own account and signed end to end on iPhone and Android before a customer sees it. A long packet gets dated milestones in the quote.

    When you are ready

  4. Training

Sending a form, finding a signed copy, changing a question and adding a new form on your own.

    1 session

  5. The first 30 days

We look at which questions customers skip or answer wrong, fix them and move any paper forms you still use.

    Day 30

As little as 48 hours of lead time covers most projects. Larger sites, online stores and sites with booking or ordering systems get their own dated timeline in the written quote.

Questions

Is an electronic signature legally valid in Texas?

For most business paperwork, yes. The federal ESIGN Act says a signature or contract can't be denied legal effect just because it is electronic, and Texas law says the same in Business and Commerce Code §322.007. Texas applies that rule when both sides agree to do business electronically, so each form asks the customer to agree before they sign. Wills and trusts, divorce and adoption papers, court documents and a few notices such as foreclosure are excluded. Keep those on paper and ask your lawyer about anything in between.

Do my customers need an app or an account?

No. They get a link by email, by text if they agreed to receive texts, or from a QR code at your counter. It opens in the phone's browser, they fill it out and sign with a finger. Nothing to download and no password to remember.

Where do the signed forms go?

To the customer's record in your own account, with the signer's name, the date and time and a PDF copy. The customer gets a copy by email. If the form is connected to your CRM, a signed estimate can open a job or give someone on your team a task, so nobody retypes it.

Can customers fill out and sign in Spanish?

Yes. Each form can be in English, Spanish or both, and the customer picks. We write the Spanish ourselves instead of running it through a translator. If a lawyer wrote your waiver or contract, we keep their text word for word and ask them to approve the Spanish version too.

How is the price set?

By the number of forms and where each one needs to go. A single waiver is a small job; an intake packet with an estimate and a service agreement is a bigger one. The written quote lists the setup and any monthly software cost, and nothing starts until you approve it.
