Our website design process, from free sample to launch

The website design process at Rodco Systems has six steps. You see a free sample in one business day and decide with no pressure. Once you approve and send your details, your site can be live in as little as 48 hours.

At a glance

  • Six steps: intake, free sample, approval, launch, training and a 30-day check-in.
  • A free sample of your home page in one business day, with a fixed written quote.
  • Live in as little as 48 hours after you approve and send your logo, photos and details.

Six steps, each with a date

Nothing moves to the next step until you say so.

  1. Day 1

    Call, WhatsApp or the form

Tell us what you sell, who calls you and what a good month looks like. A person reads it and replies the way you chose.

  2. One business day

    Your free sample

Your home page, designed with your name, services and colors, on a private link you open on your phone. Free, no obligation, with the fixed written quote beside it.

  3. When you are ready

    You approve

Say yes to the sample and the quote, and send your logo, photos, services, hours and the number customers should call. That starts the clock.

  4. As little as 48 hours

Live in as little as 48 hours

The pages are built in each language, the call, WhatsApp and form buttons are wired, load speed is checked on a real phone, and the site is published with the domain and every account in your name.

  5. 1 session

    Training

A session with you or your staff: how to change hours, answer messages and read the numbers. You get every login and a plain explanation of what each account does.

  6. Day 30

    30-day check-in

A month after launch we look at what came in, fix what needs fixing and adjust. Small fixes in the first weeks are part of the project.

What starts the 48-hour clock

The lead time counts from the moment we have everything below. Most owners have it on their phone already.

  • You approve the free sample and the written quote.
  • We have your logo, photos, services, hours and the phone number customers should call.
  • As little as 48 hours of lead time covers most projects, in English, Spanish or both.
  • Larger builds, online stores and booking or ordering systems get a dated timeline in the quote.

When a project takes longer

Larger sites, online stores and sites with booking or ordering get their own dated timeline in the written quote, so you know the launch date before you approve.

Some steps run on someone else’s clock. Google verifies a new Business Profile on its own schedule, and ad campaigns start once the ad account and payment method are set up in your name.

Process questions

How long does the free sample take?

One business day from when we have your business name, what you sell and where you are.

Can I change things after I see the sample?

Tell us what you would change before you approve. The quote is written for the site you approve, so there are no surprises later.

What happens at the 30-day check-in?

We look at what came in during your first month (calls, messages, form requests) and fix or adjust what needs it. Small fixes in the first weeks are part of the project.

Do I need to be in El Paso?

No. We meet in person in El Paso and Las Cruces, and everyone else works with us by video call, WhatsApp and email.

Tell us what your business needs

You get a free sample of your website and a fixed written quote for the services you actually need.
