Online booking for El Paso businesses
Online booking set up for your El Paso business: customers pick an open time from your website or Google listing at any hour, and you get the details. No phone tag.
At a glance
- What: a booking page set up for your business, so customers choose an open time and book without calling you.
- Where: a Book button on your website, your Google listing and your social profiles, all pointing to one calendar.
- Reminders: by email, and by text only for customers who opt in, with a link to reschedule or cancel.
- Yours: the calendar, the booking page and the customer list sit in your business's accounts.
- How to start: tell us how appointments get made today and get a free sample of your booking flow and a fixed written quote, with no obligation.
The problem it solves
Phone tag costs appointments. A customer calls at lunch while you are with someone. They leave a message, you call back at 4, and now they are busy. Online booking lets that customer take one of your open times in under a minute, from the couch at 11pm, and you see it on your calendar in the morning.
Who it fits
Businesses that sell time: barbers and salons, dental and medical offices, auto repair bays, trainers, cleaners and photographers. If people ask “when can you see me?” more than once a day, a booking page answers that for you.
Where customers book
On your website, your Google listing and your Instagram or Facebook profile. Every Book button points to the same calendar, so a slot taken from Google is gone from your site at the same moment. El Paso, Horizon City, Socorro, Las Cruces and Ciudad Juárez all keep the same clock, so the booking page shows the hour a customer expects on either side of the border.
What stays with you
The calendar, the customer list and the booking history live in your business’s accounts. If you also want the phone answered, an AI receptionist can book into the same calendar, and review requests can go out after each visit. See every front office service or ask for your free sample.
What’s included
- A free sample of your booking flow.
- The services, times and questions a customer sees, in English and Spanish, laid out before you pay anything.
- Services set up the way you sell them.
- Each service with its length, the gap after it, who performs it and anything you need to know first, like the vehicle year or the number of rooms.
- Your hours and your rules.
- How far ahead people can book, the same-day cutoff, days off and holidays, all in Mountain Time.
- One calendar behind every Book button.
- Your website, your Google listing and your social profiles point to the same calendar, so a slot taken in one place disappears everywhere.
- Confirmations and reminders.
- By email for everyone, and by text for customers who opted in, each with a link to reschedule or cancel.
- Your phone calendar in sync.
- A personal appointment you add on your phone blocks that time on the booking page, so nobody books over it.
- Everything in your business's name.
- The booking page, the calendar, the customer list and the history. If you stop the service, they stay yours.
How it works
The same order every time: nothing is built, and nothing is paid, until you have seen your sample and the written quote.
Tell us how appointments happen today
Who books them, how long each service takes, where customers ask for a time and what goes wrong now: double bookings, no-shows or phone tag.
Your free sample
Your booking flow in English and Spanish, with every service and rule written out, and a fixed written quote beside it. Free, with no obligation.
You approve, we set it up and test
We build the booking page in your accounts, connect your calendar, add the Book button to your site and your Google listing, and make test bookings on a real phone in both languages. If reminders go by text, carriers review the texting registration on their own schedule, and we tell you when it clears.
Training
How to block time off, move an appointment, add a service and see who is coming in tomorrow.
The first 30 days
We look at real bookings with you and fix whatever slowed people down: a confusing service name, a missing question, a window that is too tight.
As little as 48 hours of lead time covers most projects. Larger sites, online stores and sites with booking or ordering systems get their own dated timeline in the written quote.
How pricing works
Every business needs a different set of pieces, so every quote is written for yours. You see your free sample and a fixed written quote before you pay anything. Here is how a quote works.
- Agency-quality work at small-business prices, quoted in writing before anything starts.
- A fixed written quote. No surprise invoices.
- You can own your website instead of renting it: no monthly website fee, with the domain, files and accounts in your name.
- Pay for the services you actually need. Every package is built à la carte.
Questions
Can customers really book at 11pm without calling me?
Yes. The booking page shows only the times you have open, and a customer can take one at any hour. You get a notice with their name, number and the service they picked. If you would rather approve each request first, it can work that way: they ask for a time, and it is booked once you say yes.
Do I have to open my whole calendar?
No. You set the rules: which services can be booked online, how long each one takes, the gap between jobs, how far ahead people can book and how late on the same day. A shop that keeps Saturday for walk-ins can leave Saturday off the page.
Do reminders cut down on no-shows?
They help, and we won't promise a number for your shop. Each customer gets a confirmation and a reminder with a link to move or cancel, so a slot that would have sat empty goes back on the calendar. Text reminders go only to customers who opted in when they booked. The opt-in says message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and they can reply STOP to end texts or HELP for help.
Can people book from my Google listing?
Yes. A Google Business Profile can carry a booking link, so someone who finds you on Google Maps can book right there. We add the link to your profile and test it on a phone. Google notes that link changes can take a day or two to show.
How much does online booking cost?
It is quoted for your setup, because a two-chair barbershop and a dental office with four providers need different things. The written quote lists the setup and every monthly cost before anything starts. Our pricing is honest and competitive, and the quote is fixed.
Is there a free online booking system for small business?
Yes, and for a one-person shop a free one can be enough. What's usually missing is the rest: booking from your Google listing, reminders by text, and a calendar that follows your El Paso hours and buffers. The written quote shows which parts cost nothing and which carry a monthly fee, before anything starts.
