Website design for daycares, schools and tutoring centers
- Live in as little as 48 hours
- English and Spanish
- You own your site, domain and accounts

At a glance
- For child-care centers, preschools, private schools, after-school programs and tutoring centers in El Paso, Las Cruces and Ciudad Juárez.
- Rodco Systems builds the site with a tour request on every page, an enrollment or waitlist form that asks only for contact details, and your licensing details where parents look for them.
- English and Spanish pages, so both parents read the same information in the language they use at home.
- Forms that never ask for a child's medical, custody or school records. Those wait for the tour and your enrollment packet.
- A free sample of your home page in one business day, before you pay. Your site can be live in as little as 48 hours after you approve the sample and the written quote.
How customers choose
Parents choose a daycare or a school carefully. They search close to home or work, read every page, check the state’s inspection record, then book a tour and walk through the rooms. Daycare website design has one job: answer their questions honestly and get them to that tour. Rodco Systems builds daycare and school websites in El Paso, Las Cruces and Juárez, in English and Spanish, with licensing details parents can check and a tour request on every page.
How do parents choose a daycare or school here?
By distance, trust and the tour. El Paso County had 150 child day care establishments and 30 private schools with payroll in 2025, and Doña Ana County had 51 day cares and 19 private schools. Parents compare a few that fit the drive to work, and in Texas they can read every inspection report online, because HHSC publishes them.
Language matters at every step. 63% of El Paso residents speak Spanish at home, and a family may read the tuition policy in Spanish and fill out the form in English. Both versions have to say the same thing.
In Juárez, the field online is nearly empty. INEGI lists 102 private guarderías, and one of them has a website. Of 198 private schools, 29 do.
What does your site have to do?
Book the tour. A tour request sits on every page and opens your calendar with the times you offer; the confirmation and a reminder go out on their own. After the tour comes enrollment or the waitlist, through a form that asks for contact details, the child’s age group and the start date, and nothing more.
Everything else supports the tour. The programs by age, the daily schedule, the hours and closures, and the licensing details all answer questions parents would otherwise ask by phone.
What do the licensing rules change on the page?
In Texas, a child-care facility needs a license unless an exemption applies, and a licensed center posts its license and latest inspection at all times. In New Mexico, every program in the universal child care system is licensed or registered by ECECD. In Mexico, a private school with RVOE has to put its incorporation legend in its advertising. We put the right details for your side of the border in the footer and on the about page, worded to match the status you actually hold.
What does the page look like? An illustrative wireframe
Picture a phone screen. At the top: the center’s name, “Ages 6 weeks to 12 years, Northeast El Paso” and two buttons, Book a tour and Call. Below that, the programs by age group, each with hours and a daily schedule. Then the licensing block with the operation number and a link to the state’s inspection search, the enrollment calendar, the address with the cross street, and a reviews line linking to Google. On the Spanish page, the same layout in Spanish, with WhatsApp beside Call.
That is an illustrative wireframe, not a client’s site. Your programs, your hours and your neighborhood go in.

Must-have features
A tour request on every page.
A tour shows parents the classrooms before they commit. The request opens your calendar and sends reminders, so the visit actually happens.
An enrollment or waitlist form that asks for contact details only.
Name, phone, language, age group and start date. Medical, custody and school records stay off the web form and go on your packet.
Licensing details where parents look for them.
Your operation or license number and a link to the state's inspection search in Texas, your ECECD license in New Mexico, and the RVOE legend in Mexico.
Programs by age group.
Infants, toddlers, pre-K, school-age and tutoring each get a section with the daily schedule, hours and what the child brings.
An enrollment calendar.
Open house dates, registration windows, summer programs and holiday closures, posted before parents start asking.
Pages in both languages, including the forms.
In El Paso, 63% of residents speak Spanish at home. Both parents should be able to read the tuition policy and the form.
Hours, holidays and closures that match Google.
Drop-off and pick-up times are facts parents check, so the site and the profile carry the same ones.

Region notes
El Paso
El Paso County had 150 child day care establishments with payroll and 30 private schools in 2025 (BLS). Texas puts every inspection report online, and parents can read them before they call, so a center that links its own record saves them a step. 63% of residents speak Spanish at home: the tuition page, the handbook summary and the enrollment form all come in Spanish too. Name your part of town and the cross street, so parents can judge the drive to work.
Southern New Mexico
New Mexico made child care free for every family on November 1, 2025, with no income limits, for programs licensed or registered by ECECD. Doña Ana County had 51 day cares with payroll and 19 private schools in 2025 (BLS). A Las Cruces center that takes part should say so on the first screen and link the state's application. About 29% of Las Cruces residents speak Spanish at home.
Ciudad Juárez
INEGI lists 102 private guarderías in Juárez, one with a website, and 198 private schools, 29 with a website. A colegio or kínder with its RVOE legend, inscripción dates and a tour request online is easy to pick out. Tuition and fees go in pesos with taxes included. Forms that collect parents' and children's data need an aviso de privacidad, which we write for you. An English version helps when a relative in El Paso handles the paperwork.

Questions
Should our Texas daycare show its license on the website?
We found no Texas rule that requires the permit number in a daycare's advertising, so we don't claim one. But a licensed center must post its license and its most recent inspection documentation at all times (26 TAC 746.401), and HHSC puts reports on every inspection online for parents. Parents look. Showing your operation number and a link to the state's search on your site saves them the hunt and shows you expect them to check.
Does a tutoring center or after-school program need a child-care license?
Texas requires a license to operate a child-care facility, with exemptions listed in Human Resources Code 42.041. One covers programs that teach a single skill or talent, as long as they don't advertise as child care, tell parents they aren't licensed and run background checks. Which side a program falls on is for HHSC and your lawyer to settle; we write the site to match the status you have.
What changed for daycares in Las Cruces?
Since November 1, 2025, New Mexico offers no-cost universal child care: no income limits and no copays, and every participating program has to be licensed or registered by the state's Early Childhood Education and Care Department. If you take part, the site should say so on the home page and link families to the state's application.
What does a private school in Juárez have to show in its advertising?
Mexico's Ley General de Educación (Art. 148) requires private schools with authorization or RVOE to state, in their documents and their advertising, that they are incorporated, with the number and date of the agreement, the modality, the address it covers and the authority that issued it. We put that legend in the footer of every page, so it travels with every ad that links to the site.
What should the enrollment form ask?
Parent name, phone, email, preferred language, the child's age group or grade and the start date you're looking for. Nothing about medical conditions, custody or prior schools. Those details go on your enrollment packet at the tour, where you control who sees them.
Can parents book a tour online?
Yes. A tour request on every page opens your calendar with the times you offer, and the confirmation and reminder go out by text, email or WhatsApp.
How do I get more daycare clients?
Earn trust before the tour. Show your license and how parents can check the state's inspection record, real photos of the rooms and staff, hours, ages served and tuition or how to ask for it, then make the tour easy to book online. Ask enrolled families for Google reviews. In El Paso, Las Cruces and Juárez, many parents read in Spanish first, so the whole site should be in both languages.
