At a glance

  • Dental website design and medical practice websites for dentists, orthodontists, family doctors and specialists in El Paso, Las Cruces and Ciudad Juárez.
  • Rodco Systems builds the site, sets up each provider on Google and links the scheduling or patient-intake tool your practice already runs.
  • Our contact forms ask for a name, a phone number and a good time to call. Never symptoms, medications or insurance numbers.
  • English and Spanish pages written by people who speak both, for patients who read either one.
  • A free sample of your home page, ready in one business day, before you pay anything. A site that links your current booking tool can be live in as little as 48 hours after you approve; a new booking system gets a dated timeline in the quote.

How customers choose

Patients choose a dentist or a doctor the way they choose anything else close to home: on a phone, from Google, in a few minutes. Dental website design for El Paso, Las Cruces and Juárez has a narrow job. Show who the providers are, which insurance you take and when you’re open, then send the patient to book. Everything health-related stays out of the website and inside your practice’s own systems. Rodco Systems builds dental and medical practice websites in El Paso, Las Cruces and Juárez that do exactly that, in English and Spanish.

How do patients pick a practice here?

They look at the providers first. Google allows a separate Business Profile for each dentist or doctor who sees patients, with the practice keeping its own profile beside them, so a search for a provider’s name can land on that provider. Each profile should point to that provider’s page on your site, with a photo, the languages they speak and what they treat.

Then they look at the market they’re in. El Paso County had 206 dental offices and 628 physician offices with payroll in 2025. Doña Ana County had 57 and 153. In Juárez, INEGI’s directory lists 887 private dental offices, and only 14 of them list a website. A Juárez dental office with clear English pages, prices and directions from the bridge has very little company online.

Language decides the rest. About 155,000 El Paso residents speak Spanish at home and speak English less than very well. For those patients a Spanish page that names the Spanish-speaking staff and lists the same insurance plans is the reason to call you and not the next office.

What does your site have to do?

Get a patient to the booking screen, and keep their health information out of places it doesn’t belong.

HIPAA lets a practice share patient health information with an outside company only under a written business associate contract. A website contact form that asks about symptoms or medications makes the form vendor that kind of company. We build forms that never ask: name, phone, new or returning patient, best time to call. A short line under the form asks people not to type medical details. Rodco does not collect health information through website forms, and our contact form never sees a diagnosis.

The Book button does the real work. It opens the scheduling or intake tool your practice already runs, from every page and from your Google profile, so the appointment details live in a system your practice already has an agreement with.

What does the page look like? An illustrative wireframe

On a phone: the practice name, “Accepting new patients” if you are, and three buttons: Book, Call and Directions. Below that, the providers, each with a photo and the languages they speak. Then the services in plain words, the insurance plans you take, hours with the early and Saturday slots called out, parking, and a reviews line that links to Google. The Spanish page has the same layout with WhatsApp beside Call, and for a Juárez office each provider’s cédula profesional sits under their name.

That’s an illustrative wireframe, not a client’s site. The structure is the one patients already know from every good practice page.

What changes for a practice in Juárez?

The audience doubles, and so do the rules. Researchers in Juárez documented growing demand from foreign patients a decade ago. Patients who come from El Paso read English, think in dollars and cross by car or on foot, so the site needs English pages, a dollar reference beside the peso price, and directions that start at the bridge.

Mexican law adds what U.S. sites don’t carry. The Ley General de Salud requires each professional to display where their degree came from and their cédula profesional number, and to repeat it in advertising. The 2025 personal data law treats health information as sensitive and requires express written consent to handle it. We write the aviso de privacidad that covers both sides of that, and you or your lawyer approve the final text.

What your site must do

  1. Online booking

Must-have features

  1. A Book button that hands off to your scheduling tool.

On every page and as the booking link on Google, so the appointment and its details live in the system your practice already has an agreement with, not in the website.

  2. Contact forms with no health fields.

Name, phone, new or returning patient, best time to call, and a line asking people not to type medical details. Nothing a business associate contract would have to cover.

  3. A page for each provider.

Photo, languages spoken, training and the services they offer, matching the provider's Google profile. In Juárez the page also shows the issuing institution and cédula profesional number, as Art. 83 requires.

  4. Insurance and payment information you can update in minutes.

Which plans you accept is the question your front desk answers most. Putting it on one page that's easy to edit answers it before the phone rings.

  5. Bilingual pages and a bilingual phone path.

About one in four El Paso residents speaks English less than very well. The Spanish page says who at the front desk speaks Spanish and when.

  6. Hours, parking and directions for the first visit.

A new patient wants to know where to park and which door to use. One short section with a map link saves a call.

  7. A privacy notice written for your practice.

A U.S. privacy page for the website, and for a Juárez office an aviso de privacidad that covers sensitive health data, written by us and reviewed by you or your lawyer.

Region notes

El Paso

El Paso County had 628 physician offices and 206 dental offices with payroll in 2025, about 7,900 jobs between them (BLS). Patients here search in both languages, and about 155,000 city residents speak English less than very well, so the Spanish page has to be as complete as the English one, insurance list included. If your patients work shifts, early, late and Saturday hours belong at the top of the page, not in the footer. Name your side of town and the nearest big cross street on the site and on Google.

Southern New Mexico

Doña Ana County had 153 physician offices and 57 dental offices with payroll in 2025 (BLS). In Las Cruces the page leads in English with a full Spanish version beside it. A patient in Anthony, Chaparral or Sunland Park can drive to an office in either city, so the location page states the address, the nearest I-10 or I-25 exit and the hours plainly. The intake rule is the same as in Texas: the website form stays free of health questions and clinical intake goes through your patient tool.

Ciudad Juárez

INEGI lists 887 private dental offices and 870 private doctors' offices and clinics in Juárez, and fewer than 3% of either list a website. A practice that sees patients from El Paso needs English pages beside the Spanish ones, prices in pesos with a dollar reference, and directions from the bridges. Mexican law adds two items a U.S. site doesn't carry: each provider's issuing institution and cédula profesional number on the page and in ads, and an aviso de privacidad that asks for express written consent before handling health data.

Questions

Is a website contact form HIPAA compliant?

It depends on what the form collects and who receives it. If a form takes a patient's health information for your practice, the company that receives or stores it is a business associate, and HIPAA requires a written contract with it before you share that information. Rodco's forms avoid the question: they ask only for a name, a phone number, new or returning patient and a good time to call. Clinical questions go through your HIPAA-appropriate intake or patient-portal tool.

Can patients book online without the website handling their health information?

Yes. The Book button on your site and on your Google profile opens the scheduling tool your practice already uses, so the appointment and anything the patient types about it live in that system, under your agreement with that vendor. The website only sends people there.

Should each dentist or doctor have their own Google profile?

Each provider who sees patients can. Google's guidelines allow a profile for a public-facing practitioner, and at a practice with several providers the practice keeps its own profile while each provider's profile carries only the provider's name. A solo provider at a branded practice uses "Practice name: Provider name". We set up the practice profile and the provider profiles so they point to the right pages.

My office is in Juárez. What does my website need for Mexican law?

Two things patients will notice and one they won't. The Ley General de Salud requires each professional to show the institution that issued their degree and their cédula profesional number, and to repeat it in their advertising, so it goes on every provider's page. Health data counts as sensitive under Mexico's 2025 data protection law and needs the patient's express written consent, so your aviso de privacidad has to say how you collect it. We write the aviso for your review; your lawyer has the final word.

Do you write the medical content on the site?

We write the practice pages: who you are, what you treat, where you are, hours, insurance and payment information you give us, and how to book. Clinical descriptions come from you or your clinical staff, and a licensed provider at your practice reviews every page that describes a treatment before it goes live.

Can the AI receptionist answer calls for my practice?

For a medical or dental office we only recommend it for scheduling and office questions such as hours, directions and which insurance you take, with no health questions asked or recorded. Anything clinical goes to your staff. We talk through what it will and won't do before it's switched on.

How do I get more new dental patients?

Make choosing you and booking quick on a phone. Keep the Google profile for the practice and for each dentist complete, list the insurance plans you accept, show the providers with real photos, and put a Book button on every page that leads to your scheduling system. Ask for reviews after visits, and reply without confirming that anyone is a patient. In El Paso, Las Cruces and Juárez, pages in Spanish and English reach patients on both sides of the border.
