Who these terms are with

These terms apply when you use rodcosystems.com or ask Rodco Systems for a quote. Rodco Systems is an assumed name of EJR International LLC, a Texas limited liability company; “we” and “us” mean EJR International LLC doing business as Rodco Systems. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Using this website

Use the site for lawful purposes. Don’t try to break into it, overload it, scrape it in a way that harms it, or send spam or malicious files through the quote form.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, logo and code of this website belong to EJR International LLC, except for the photos, the map data and other material credited in the footer, which belong to their owners and are used under their licenses. You may quote or link to our pages. Please don’t copy them wholesale or present them as your own.

Quotes, samples and proposals

• Quotes are not binding until both sides sign a written proposal. A quote can change if the scope changes or if we learn something new about the project.
• The free sample is a preview of your home page, usually ready in one business day once we have what we need from you. It costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. Rights in the sample stay with us unless a signed proposal says otherwise.
• Lead time. “Live in as little as 48 hours” describes our fastest projects, counted from the moment you approve the sample and the written quote and we have your logo, photos and business details. It is not a guarantee. The dated timeline in your signed proposal is what we commit to.
• Currency: quotes say which currency applies. Businesses in Mexico can be quoted and invoiced in US dollars or Mexican pesos.
• The signed proposal controls. It sets the scope, price, timeline, payment terms and who owns what at the end. If it conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins.

Notices and documents we draft for you

Rodco Systems writes website text for clients, including privacy notices such as a Mexican aviso de privacidad. Those texts are drafts. You or your lawyer review and approve the final version before it is published. Rodco Systems is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.

Other websites and services

The site links to other websites and uses services run by other companies, such as WhatsApp and the spam check on the form. We don’t control them, and their own terms apply.

Disclaimers

The information on this website is general. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We work to keep it accurate, but prices from other companies, laws and platform rules change, so check anything you rely on.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, EJR International LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, and its total liability for anything arising from use of the website is limited to one hundred US dollars. Liability for paid work is set in the signed proposal.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about these terms or this website goes to the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages from us, the SMS Terms also apply.

Other provisions

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, the Privacy Policy and, if you opted in, the SMS Terms are the whole agreement about use of this website. Paid work is governed by its signed proposal.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we post the new version on this page and update the dates at the top. The version in effect when you sign a proposal stays attached to that proposal.
