SMS Terms

The program

Program name: Rodco Systems. The program is run by EJR International LLC doing business as Rodco Systems, from (915) 257-8051. It sends text messages about quote requests and projects, and optional marketing messages, to people who opt in on the quote form at rodcosystems.com.

What we send

• About your quote and project, if you check the first text-message box on the quote form: replies to your request, scheduling, reminders and project updates.
• Occasional marketing messages, only if you also check the separate marketing box.

Both boxes are optional and start unchecked. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything. If you leave them unchecked, we reply by call or email.

When you opt in, you get one confirmation message with the program name, how often we text, a note that message and data rates may apply, and how to get help or stop.

What it costs

Message and data rates may apply. Rodco Systems does not charge for its messages; your carrier’s plan decides what you pay.

Help and stopping messages

• Text HELP (or AYUDA) for help. We reply with how to reach us.
• Text STOP (or ALTO) to stop all messages. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, PARAR, CANCELAR and BAJA.
• After you opt out you get one message confirming it, then nothing more unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
