Inventory and POS integration in El Paso

Inventory and point-of-sale integration for El Paso businesses: we connect the tools you already use to your website and your CRM, so stock, prices and sales match without retyping.

At a glance

  • What: we connect the inventory or point-of-sale tools you already use to your website and your customer records, so stock, prices and sales match.
  • Not new software: Rodco doesn't build inventory systems or replace your register. Your team keeps ringing up sales the way it does now.
  • What it can do: show what's in stock on your site, keep prices in step and add each purchase to the customer's history.
  • Honest limits: it depends on what your current tools allow. If a connection isn't possible, the free sample says so before you pay.
  • How to start: tell us what you use today and what you are tired of fixing by hand.

The problem it solves

A shop on Mesa sells the last of an item at the counter, and the website keeps showing it in stock. A customer drives over from Horizon City for it. Someone fixes the listing by hand, again. Connecting the tools you already use ends that loop.

What we connect, and what we don’t

We connect the inventory or point-of-sale tools you already use to your website and your custom CRM. We don’t write inventory software and we don’t replace your register. What can connect depends on what your current tools allow, and the free sample tells you before you pay anything.

Where it helps here

A parts yard in the Lower Valley can show what is on the shelf before a customer makes the trip. A boutique can sell online and at the counter from one stock count. A distributor in Santa Teresa can see wholesale orders on the same customer record as the calls and quotes. Each one saves somebody from typing the same number twice.

What stays the same

Your team rings up sales the way it does now, and prices stay where you set them today. The difference is that the website and your customer records stop falling behind. Add a dashboard and the day’s sales sit next to your leads. Ask for a free sample to see what your tools can connect to.

What’s included

A map of what you use now.
Your register, inventory list, website and customer records, and every place the same number gets typed twice.
Stock on your website.
Items show as in stock or sold out from your inventory tool, where the tool allows it.
Prices from one place.
Change a price once in the system you already use, and the site follows.
Purchases on the customer record.
Each sale tied to the customer, so follow-up and review requests reach real buyers.
Sales next to your other numbers.
Daily and monthly sales beside leads and bookings, if you add a dashboard.
Alerts when a connection stops.
A notice to you when a sync fails, instead of hearing it from a customer.

How it works

The same order every time: nothing is built, and nothing is paid, until you have seen your sample and the written quote.

  1. Tell us what you use

Your register and inventory tools, your website, and the chores your team does by hand to keep them in step.

    Day 1

  2. Your free sample

A connection map showing what can link to what, what can't and how often it updates, beside a fixed written quote. Free, with no obligation.

    One business day

  3. You approve, we connect and test

We connect a few products first, check stock and prices against your system, then bring in the rest. Your register keeps working the whole time.

    When you are ready

  4. Training

What updates on its own, what still needs a person and what to do when an alert comes in.

    1 session

  5. The first 30 days

We compare stock and sales across the tools each week and fix any mismatch.

    Day 30

As little as 48 hours of lead time covers most projects. Larger sites, online stores and sites with booking or ordering systems get their own dated timeline in the written quote.

How pricing works

Every business needs a different set of pieces, so every quote is written for yours. You see your free sample and a fixed written quote before you pay anything. Here is how a quote works.

  • Agency-quality work at small-business prices, quoted in writing before anything starts.
  • A fixed written quote. No surprise invoices.
  • You can own your website instead of renting it: no monthly website fee, with the domain, files and accounts in your name.
  • Pay for the services you actually need. Every package is built à la carte.

Questions

Do I need a POS system?

If you sell at a counter and keep stock, almost certainly: a point-of-sale system is how each sale gets recorded and each item gets counted down. We don't sell one. We connect the system your El Paso shop already runs, or the one you pick, to your website and customer records, so you aren't keeping two lists.

Do I have to switch my point-of-sale system?

No. The idea is to keep what your team already knows. We connect the inventory or point-of-sale tools you already use to your website and your customer records. If your current system has no way to connect, the sample tells you, and you decide whether a change is worth it.

Do you build inventory software?

No. Rodco doesn't write inventory or register software. We set up the connections between the tools you have, your website and your CRM, and we test that the numbers match on both ends.

Can my website show what's in stock?

Usually, if your inventory tool shares stock levels. Products or menu items can show as available or sold out, with prices taken from the same place you set them. How often the site updates depends on the connection, and the quote tells you before you approve.

What happens to customer details from the register?

If your point-of-sale tool records who bought, the purchase can be added to that person's record in your CRM, so a thank-you or a review request goes to someone who actually bought. Texts go only to customers who agreed to receive them, with message frequency, rates, STOP and HELP spelled out.

What if a connection stops working?

Connections can break when one of the tools changes. We set alerts on the ones that matter and watch them closely for the first 30 days. The quote says plainly who keeps an eye on them after that and what it costs.
