Logo design and branding in El Paso
Logo design and branding for El Paso businesses: a logo that holds up on a storefront, a truck door and a phone screen, a brand kit anyone can follow, and every file in your name.

The problem it solves
Logo design in El Paso gets tested in places a screen never shows: a banner on a fence along Dyer, an embroidered polo, the door of a work truck, a sign read from the far lane of Mesa Street. A logo that only looks good on a laptop fails in most of them.
Where a logo breaks
Most logos are drawn for a screen and then sent somewhere else. Thin script lettering disappears when it is stitched onto a cap. A gradient turns to mud on a one-color vinyl decal. A logo sent as a small JPG from someone’s phone goes blurry at sign size, and somebody has to redraw it. Fine detail that looks sharp at full size turns into a smudge as a browser tab icon.
None of that shows up until the order is printed.
The rules on the road
This is a trucking town. In 2025, about 806,000 trucks crossed northbound through the El Paso and Ysleta ports of entry. A commercial motor vehicle in interstate commerce has to show its name and USDOT number on both sides, in letters that contrast sharply with the paint and can be read from 50 feet in daylight. A logo drawn without that in mind ends up fighting the numbers for the same space on the door.
In Juárez, Mexican consumer law asks for advertising in Spanish, with room for another language on top. A brand that sells on both sides of the bridge needs words that work in each.
What you walk away with
A logo that holds up in one color, at sign size and at icon size. A brand kit that keeps the sign shop, the printer and the new hire consistent without a phone call. Vector files for every vendor and image files for the web. All of it is yours, with nothing to license or renew.
What’s included
- A kickoff at your business.
- In El Paso, Horizon City or Las Cruces, at your shop or office: what you sell, who buys, what the competition down the street looks like, and what has to stay, such as a color or a name customers already know.
- Distinct logo directions.
- A few different approaches to compare, shown on the places the logo will actually live: a sign, a truck door, a shirt, a phone.
- The final logo in every version.
- Full color, one color and reversed, horizontal and stacked, plus an icon for small spaces.
- Colors and type.
- Color codes for screen, print and vinyl, and typefaces licensed for commercial use.
- A brand kit.
- A short PDF guide with the logo versions, the colors, the type and the spacing rules, ready to hand to a vendor or a new hire.
- Files ready for signs and vehicles.
- Vector files a sign shop, a vinyl cutter or an embroiderer can use without redrawing, and a door layout with room for any markings your vehicles need.
- Files for the web and social media.
- Browser tab icon, social profile and cover images, and an email signature.
- Words in Spanish and English.
- Tagline and short descriptions in each language, written for each one.
- Everything in your name.
- The final logo, the brand kit and every file are yours at handoff, with nothing to license or renew.
How it works
The same order every time: nothing is built, and nothing is paid, until you have seen your sample and the written quote.
Tell us about the business
A call, a WhatsApp message or the quote form: what you sell, who buys, where the logo will show up first, and what you like and dislike in the logos around you. A person reads it and replies the way you chose.
Your free sample
A sample of your home page on a private link you open on your phone, beside a fixed written quote that lists the logo, the brand kit and the files. Free, with no obligation.
You approve
Say yes to the quote and send anything that has to carry over: an old logo, a color, photos of your storefront or trucks. That starts the clock.
Your logo and brand kit
Directions, your choice, the final logo in every version, the brand kit and the files. Most logo projects run on as little as 48 hours of lead time; a full rebrand with signs and vehicles gets a dated timeline in the quote.
Handoff
A session going through the files: which one goes to the sign shop, which to the printer, which to the embroiderer, and which goes online.
The first 30 days
If a vendor asks for a format or a size you do not have, we send it. Small fixes in the first weeks are part of the project.
As little as 48 hours of lead time covers most projects. Larger sites, online stores and sites with booking or ordering systems get their own dated timeline in the written quote.
How pricing works
Every business needs a different set of pieces, so every quote is written for yours. You see your free sample and a fixed written quote before you pay anything. Here is how a quote works.
- Agency-quality work at small-business prices, quoted in writing before anything starts.
- A fixed written quote. No surprise invoices.
- You can own your website instead of renting it: no monthly website fee, with the domain, files and accounts in your name.
- Pay for the services you actually need. Every package is built à la carte.
Questions
What files do I get?
The logo in full color, in one color and reversed for dark backgrounds. Vector files (SVG, PDF and EPS) for signs, vehicle graphics, embroidery and print, and PNG and JPG files for the web, email and social media. Plus a small version for tight spaces, such as the browser tab icon and a profile picture, that still reads at that size.
What is a brand kit?
A short guide that shows each version of the logo and when to use it, your colors as codes for screens (HEX), for print (CMYK) and a Pantone match where you need one, the typefaces, and how much space to leave around the logo. Hand it to a sign shop, a printer or a new employee and they get it right without calling you.
Will my logo work on a work truck?
It should be designed to. If the truck is a commercial motor vehicle in interstate commerce, federal rules (49 CFR 390.21) require your name and USDOT number on both sides, in letters that contrast sharply with the paint and are readable from 50 feet in daylight. We lay out the door graphic with room for those markings and give you a one-color logo that stands out on your truck's color.
Can my brand work in Spanish and in English?
Yes. The name stays the same, and the tagline and the words around the logo get a version in each language, written for each one rather than translated word for word. In Mexico, consumer law asks for advertising in Spanish and lets you add another language, so a brand for Juárez usually leads in Spanish.
Will you register my logo as a trademark?
No. Registering a trademark is legal work: the USPTO handles it in the United States and IMPI in Mexico, and a trademark attorney can tell you whether your name is clear to register. We design the logo and hand you the final files.
Do I own the logo?
Yes. The final logo and every file are yours at handoff, with no license fee and nothing to renew. When the logo uses a typeface, we pick one whose license allows commercial use and tell you what it covers.
Do I need a new website to go with it?
Not necessarily. A new logo can go onto the site you have: header, colors, browser tab icon and social images. If the site is old enough that the new brand would look out of place on it, a redesign or a new site can come in the same project.
