EJR International LLC, a limited liability company formed in Texas, United States, doing business as Rodco Systems (“Rodco Systems”), is the controller (responsable) of your personal data.

This notice follows Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), published in the Diario Oficial de la Federación on March 20, 2025. It contains the elements Article 15 of the law requires.

Personal data we process

• Identification: your name.
• Contact: email, phone, WhatsApp and how you prefer us to reply.
• Business details: name, website, line of business, location, services you are interested in, timeline, budget range (optional) and your message.
• Consent record: the boxes you checked, the version of the consent wording, and the date and time you sent the form.
• Technical browsing data: IP address, browser type and pages visited.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please leave it out of the form and your messages.

Purposes

Primary purposes

These are needed for the relationship you ask for:

• To answer your quote request and stay in touch with you.
• To prepare the proposal and, if you accept it, deliver the service.
• To invoice and collect payment, in US dollars or Mexican pesos.
• To keep the site secure and meet legal obligations.

By sending the form or writing to us after reading this notice, you consent to the primary purposes. The secondary purposes need the separate consent described below.

Secondary purposes

These need your consent and are not needed for the service:

• To send you promotions, news and offers by email, text message or WhatsApp.
• To measure site use with Google Analytics, only if you accept it in the cookie banner.

How to refuse the secondary purposes

The marketing box on the form starts unchecked. If you leave it unchecked, your data is not used for marketing. You can also refuse at any time by writing to sales@rodcosystems.com or by replying ALTO or BAJA (or STOP) to any text message. Refusing does not affect your quote or the service.

Ways to limit use or disclosure

• Write to sales@rodcosystems.com to be added to our internal do-not-contact list. From then on we send you no marketing.
• Reply ALTO, PARAR, CANCELAR or BAJA (or STOP) to any text message.
• Decline analytics cookies in the cookie banner, or block them in your browser.

Processors and transfers

Disclosures to processors (remisiones)

We share data with providers that process it on behalf of Rodco Systems and on our instructions. The law calls them persons in charge (personas encargadas), and sharing data with them is not a transfer.

Your data is stored and processed mainly in the United States.

Transfers

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties other than these processors. We would share it without your consent only in the cases Article 36 of the law allows, for example when a law or a competent authority requires it. If we ever want to make a transfer that needs your consent, we will ask you first and update this notice.

ARCO rights and withdrawing consent

You can access, rectify or cancel your personal data, or object to its processing (ARCO rights), and you can withdraw the consent you gave us. Email sales@rodcosystems.com with:

• Your name and the email or other way to send you our answer.
• A copy of your official ID or, if a representative acts for you, theirs and the document proving the representation.
• The right you want to exercise and the data it concerns.
• Anything else that helps us find your information.

We will send our answer within 20 days at most from the day we receive your request. If the request is granted, we will carry it out within the 15 days after our answer, as Article 31 of the law sets out. The law lets us extend each period once, by the same number of days, when the case justifies it; we would tell you why.

Cookies and web beacons

The site uses the Cloudflare Web Analytics script, which counts visits and measures page speed, and Cloudflare’s security cookies (__cf_bm and cf_clearance) when bot protection is on. Only if you accept it, Google Analytics loads and uses the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies for 2 years. Our own code sets no cookies; it only keeps the language you chose in your browser’s local storage (rodco-lang). The Privacy Policy has the full table. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

Changes to this notice

We will post any change to this notice on this page, with the new date at the top. If a change affects the purposes or needs new consent, we will also tell you by email before it applies.

Authority

The authority that oversees the law is the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance). If you believe your right to the protection of your personal data has been violated, you can go to it.
