Real estate website design for agents and brokerages
- Live in as little as 48 hours
- English and Spanish
- You own your site, domain and accounts

At a glance
- Real estate website design for agents, teams and brokerages in El Paso, Las Cruces and Ciudad Juárez.
- Rodco Systems builds the site with the TREC or NMREC notices and broker details in place, adds the IDX search your MLS and broker approve, and connects lead forms to fast follow-up.
- Relocation pages for families moving to Fort Bliss, and Spanish pages for buyers on both sides of the border.
- Housing ads set up within Meta's housing rules and the Fair Housing Act.
- A free sample of your home page in one business day, before you pay. A site with your listings linked can be live in as little as 48 hours after you approve; a full IDX build gets a dated timeline in the quote.
How customers choose
Buyers and renters choose an agent online before they ever call one. They search a neighborhood, scroll listings, read the agent’s page and fill out a form when something fits. Real estate website design for El Paso and Las Cruces has to do three things at once: carry the state’s required notices, keep the buyer searching on your site, and get the lead to you while they’re still interested. Rodco Systems builds real estate websites for agents and brokerages in El Paso and Las Cruces, in English and Spanish, with the TREC and NMREC notices built in.
How do buyers pick an agent here?
They start from a move. Fort Bliss is a steady source of them: the Texas Comptroller’s 2025 study counts 28,040 active-duty soldiers and 18,492 dependents tied to the post. A family with orders compares neighborhoods from another state, often on a phone, and the agent whose page answers “how far is it from the gate, and which school district?” gets the call.
They look at the agent, not just the brokerage. Google allows each agent a Business Profile of their own, separate from the brokerage’s, and each one should point to that agent’s page on your site with their sales, their languages and their reviews.
And they read in two languages. Spanish-speaking families in El Paso, buyers from Juárez and agents who serve both need pages that match, with the same listings and the same disclosures.
What does your site have to do?
Capture the lead and stay inside the rules while doing it.
The rules come first because they’re on every page. In Texas, TREC requires two links on the homepage, the Information About Brokerage Services notice and the Consumer Protection Notice, in a readily noticeable place at a set type size, and your broker’s name in ads at least half the size of your largest contact information. In New Mexico, NMREC requires the brokerage’s trade name and office phone number in every ad. We build those into the template so a new page can’t go live without them.
Then the search. An IDX search on your own site, approved by your MLS and your broker, keeps the buyer looking at homes with your name on the page. Your listings, your sold homes and your neighborhood pages sit around it.
Then the follow-up. A lead form on a Sunday night is worth what you do with it in the next few minutes. Forms go to your phone and to your follow-up system, which sends a first reply in the buyer’s language right away.
What does the page look like? An illustrative wireframe
On a phone: your name and brokerage, a search bar, and two buttons, Call and Schedule a showing. Below that, your current listings, then “Moving to Fort Bliss?” with drive times and school districts, then neighborhood pages, then sold homes and reviews. At the bottom of every page, the TREC notice links and your broker’s details. The Spanish page has the same layout and the same notices.
That’s an illustrative wireframe, not a client’s site.
How do housing ads work on Facebook and Instagram?
Under their own rules. Since 2019, housing advertisers on Facebook can’t target by age, gender or ZIP code, and in 2022 Meta settled a Fair Housing Act case with the Justice Department by dropping its Special Ad Audience tool for housing ads. The Fair Housing Act also covers the words in the ad: describe the home and the neighborhood, never the kind of buyer who should live there. We write and run your housing ads inside those limits, with the landing page on your own site so every lead comes to you.

Must-have features
TREC or NMREC notices built into every page.
The two TREC homepage links at the required type size, the broker's name at the required size, and NMREC's trade name and office phone, set once in the template so no new page goes live without them.
Lead forms that reach you in minutes.
A buyer who fills out a form on a Sunday evening calls the next agent if nobody answers. Forms go to your phone and to your follow-up system, with an automatic first reply in the buyer's language.
An IDX search your MLS approves.
Search on your own site keeps the buyer with you. Your listings, sold homes and neighborhood pages sit around it.
Fort Bliss relocation pages.
Drive times to the gates, school districts and VA loan basics, written for a family deciding from another state.
Neighborhood pages that pass the swap test.
Each one with its own facts, such as schools, drive times and price ranges you can back with your own sales, so none of them reads like the next one with a different name.
Spanish pages that match the English ones.
Same listings, same notices, same follow-up. Buyers from Juárez and Spanish-speaking families in El Paso read them first.

Region notes
El Paso
El Paso County had 197 real estate offices with payroll in 2025 (BLS), and most agents work under one of them. Fort Bliss is the steady source of moves: 28,040 active-duty soldiers and 18,492 dependents in the Comptroller's 2025 count. A relocation page should give drive times to the gates and name the school districts the way families compare them (El Paso ISD, Socorro ISD, Ysleta ISD, Canutillo ISD). Every page carries the two TREC homepage links and your broker's name at the size the rule sets.
Southern New Mexico
Doña Ana County had 52 real estate offices with payroll in 2025 (BLS). New Mexico's rule is different from Texas's: the brokerage's trade name and current office phone number go in every ad, and an associate broker's ad shows the brokerage name at a third of the size of the agent's. Agents who sell on both sides of the state line, in Sunland Park, Santa Teresa or Anthony, need both sets of disclosures, and the site keeps each one on the right pages.
Ciudad Juárez
INEGI lists 79 real estate agencies and brokers in Juárez, and 17 (21.5%) list a website. The market works in two languages, and American buyers in Juárez go through a fideicomiso because the city sits inside Mexico's 100-kilometer restricted zone. An English page that explains the trust, names the notario público's role and quotes in pesos with a dollar reference answers the questions a buyer from El Paso brings.

Questions
What does TREC require on a Texas agent's website?
Two links in a readily noticeable place on the homepage: "Texas Real Estate Commission Information About Brokerage Services" in at least 10-point type (or "TREC Information About Brokerage Services" in 12-point), and "Texas Real Estate Commission Consumer Protection Notice" (or the TREC short form in 12-point). Your ads also need your broker's name at least half the size of the largest contact information for you or your team. We build all of that into the template so every page carries it.
What about New Mexico?
NMREC's advertising rule requires ads to be true and factual and to show your brokerage's trade name and its current office phone number. An associate broker's ad shows the brokerage name in type at least a third the size of the associate broker's name. Short displays such as social posts can link to a page with the full disclosure, and that page lives on your site.
Why can't I target my Facebook ads by age or ZIP code?
Housing ads on Facebook and Instagram can't be targeted by age, gender or ZIP code, a rule Meta adopted in 2019. In 2022 Meta settled a Fair Housing Act case with the Justice Department and agreed to stop using its Special Ad Audience tool for housing ads. The ad copy itself also falls under the Fair Housing Act: no statement of preference based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin. We write and run housing ads inside those rules.
Can I show MLS listings on my site?
Through IDX, if your broker participates and your MLS approves the vendor. We add the IDX search your MLS and broker allow, styled to match your site, and put your own listings, sold homes and neighborhood pages around it. The IDX vendor's terms and the MLS display rules apply to that part of the page.
How do I reach soldiers moving to Fort Bliss?
With pages that answer what a family asks before orders turn into a lease or a purchase: how far each neighborhood is from the gates, which school district it's in, and what buying with a VA loan looks like with you. The Texas Comptroller counts more than 28,000 active-duty soldiers at Fort Bliss and 18,000-plus dependents. A relocation page in plain English is the one they'll send to their spouse.
Can American clients buy a house in Juárez?
Yes, through a fideicomiso. Juárez sits inside Mexico's restricted zone, the 100-kilometer strip along the border, where a foreigner uses residential property through a trust held by a Mexican bank with a permit from the Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores. A Juárez agency's English page should explain that step and name the notario público who handles the deed.
How do I get more clients as a real estate agent?
Show that you know the neighborhoods you work. Write a page for each area with the commute, the housing types and the price range buyers ask about, keep listings on your own site, and answer every form within minutes. Ask clients who closed for a Google review. In El Paso and Las Cruces, Fort Bliss relocations and Spanish-speaking buyers are two groups a focused page can reach.
