- Based in El Paso, Texas. In person across El Paso and Las Cruces, remote anywhere in the region.
- Ask by form, phone, WhatsApp or email. A free sample of your home page is ready in one business day with a fixed written quote. How customers choose
Car buyers on the border shop the lot from the couch first. Car dealer website design is about the hour before they drive over: they scroll your inventory, open the one truck that fits their budget, check the payment, and send a message asking if it’s still there. Every part of the site is built to make that message easy to send and easy to answer. Rodco Systems builds car dealer websites for lots in El Paso, Las Cruces and Juárez, in English and Spanish, with a page for every vehicle and payment ads written to the rules.
How do buyers shop a lot here?
From a phone, one vehicle at a time. A buyer doesn’t want your home page. They want the 2019 Silverado they saw in a Facebook post, with the mileage, the price and a way to ask about it. That is why the site starts with a page for every vehicle, at its own address, with the stock number on it. The page can be shared in a text, linked from an ad or read in Spanish by the buyer’s father, and it stays the same car.
The market is bigger than it looks from one street. El Paso County had 92 used car dealers and 46 new car dealers with employees in 2025, and Doña Ana County had 20 more. Across the river, INEGI lists 136 used car lots in Juárez, and two of them list a website. A lot with clean vehicle pages on a fast site is still unusual on both sides of the bridge.
What does your site have to do?
Get a buyer from “is it still available?” to a test drive. That means inventory that is right today. When a car sells on Saturday, it comes off the site, the feed and the ads together, because nothing costs a lot more trust than a buyer driving in for a car that left two days ago. We connect the inventory tool you already use. A small lot without one gets vehicle pages it can update from a phone.
In the U.S., the same inventory can appear on Google through vehicle listings. The dealer needs a verified Business Profile with the vehicle dealer category, and Google matches the inventory feed to that profile. We set up the profile and make sure each vehicle page carries what a feed needs.
What does a vehicle page look like? An illustrative wireframe
Picture a phone screen. At the top, the photo gallery, then the year, make, model and trim, the price and the mileage. Under that, three buttons: Call, Text and WhatsApp, each with the stock number already in the message. Then the features list, the Carfax or history link if you use one, and a payment example with its full disclosure underneath. At the bottom, “Schedule a test drive” and “Value my trade-in,” and your address with the cross street. On the Spanish page, the same layout with enganche and mensualidades in place of down payment and monthly payment.
That is an illustrative wireframe, not a client’s site. Your cars and your photos go in; the layout stays close to what buyers already know from the big listing sites.
What can you say about price and payments?
More than most lots think, as long as the disclosure comes along. A monthly payment, a down payment or a number of payments in an ad is a “triggering term” under Regulation Z. Once you use one, the same ad states the down payment, the repayment terms and the annual percentage rate. We build the payment line and its fine print as one block.
Texas adds its own rule for the price itself. TxDMV says a featured price must be one you’ll sell for to any retail buyer, with dealer prep and markup already inside it. Taxes and title fees can stay outside. And if your team closes deals in Spanish, the FTC requires the Buyers Guide and the contract disclosures in Spanish too, which is a good reason for the Spanish vehicle page to read like your sales floor talks.
What changes for a lot in Juárez?
The currency and the paperwork. Advertising goes in Spanish with prices in pesos; dollars can sit beside them. The total has to be shown, and on credit that means interest, commissions and insurance included. NOM-122-SCFI-2010 asks used-car sellers to display the make, model and price of each vehicle, to say in writing whether there’s a warranty, and to use a contract in Spanish registered with PROFECO. Google’s vehicle listings don’t run in Mexico, so a lot there leans on its Business Profile, its WhatsApp and its own site, which we write in Spanish first.
Facts and sources
- Regulation Z treats a down payment, a number of payments or repayment period, a payment amount and a finance charge as triggering terms in a credit ad. An ad that uses one must also state the down payment, the terms of repayment over the full term, including any balloon payment, and the annual percentage rate by that name.Source: 12 CFR 1026.24, Advertising (Regulation Z)
- In Texas, a dealer that features a sales price must be willing to sell the vehicle at that price to any retail buyer. Destination, dealer preparation and any added markup belong inside the featured price; only registration, title and license fees, taxes and fees expressly allowed by law may be left out.Source: 43 Tex. Admin. Code § 215.250 (TxDMV dealer advertising)
- Under the FTC's Used Car Rule, if a dealer conducts a sale in Spanish, the window Buyers Guide and the contract disclosures must be in Spanish.Source: 16 CFR 455.5, Spanish language sales
- Google's vehicle listings program is available only in the U.S. A dealer needs a claimed, verified Business Profile with the vehicle dealer category, and inventory is sent through feeds that Google matches to the profile by Place ID, Maps URL or name and address.Source: Google for Developers, Vehicle listings: dealer matching
- In 2025, El Paso County had 46 new car dealers with 3,254 jobs and 92 used car dealers with 890 jobs. Doña Ana County had 9 new car dealers (507 jobs) and 11 used car dealers (36 jobs). - INEGI's business directory (May 2026) lists 136 used car and pickup lots in Juárez. 126 of them (92.6%) employ five people or fewer, and 2 list a website. Of the 26 new car dealers listed, 10 list a website.Source: INEGI, DENUE 05/2026, Chihuahua
- Mexico's used-vehicle standard NOM-122-SCFI-2010 requires truthful advertising in any medium, the price and features of each vehicle offered (at least make and model), a written statement before the sale on whether a warranty is given, and adhesion contracts in Spanish registered with PROFECO.Source: NOM-122-SCFI-2010, Diario Oficial de la Federación, May 3, 2010

What your site must do
- Store visit
- Inventory lookup
Must-have features
A page for every vehicle.
Photos, price, mileage, year, trim and stock number at one address, so a feed, an ad or a WhatsApp message can point to that exact car instead of the whole lot.
Inventory that updates from one source.
The car sold on Saturday should drop off the site, the feed and the ads together. We connect the inventory tool you already use, or give a small lot a phone-friendly way to mark a car sold.
Payment examples with the disclosure attached.
A monthly payment is a Regulation Z triggering term. The down payment, the repayment terms and the APR are built into the same block, so nobody can publish the payment without them.
Featured prices you can honor.
Texas requires the featured price to include dealer prep and any markup. The price field holds the number you will sell for, with only taxes and government fees outside it.
Message buttons that say which car.
Call, text and WhatsApp on each vehicle page, with the year, model and stock number filled in, so the first message already answers which truck the buyer means.
Spanish vehicle pages.
Written in Spanish, with enganche, mensualidades and the Buyers Guide note in the words buyers use. If you close in Spanish, the FTC requires the Buyers Guide in Spanish.
A test-drive and trade-in request form.
Name, phone, the car they want to drive and the one they're trading, with the stock number carried over, so the salesperson calls back ready.
Peso prices and the warranty statement for Juárez lots.
Mexican law asks for prices in pesos with the total shown, and NOM-122 asks for a written statement on whether there is a warranty. Both go on the vehicle page.

Region notes
El Paso
El Paso County had 92 used car dealers and 46 new car dealers on the employer rolls in 2025 (BLS), and the used lots average fewer than ten jobs each, so the website has to answer the questions a salesperson can't get to on a busy Saturday. Name your street and the nearest cross street on the site and the Business Profile the way buyers say it. Price ads fall under TxDMV's rule: the featured price includes dealer prep and markup. 63% of city residents age 5 and up speak Spanish at home (Census), so both languages carry the same inventory.
Southern New Mexico
Doña Ana County had 11 used car dealers and 9 new car dealers on the employer rolls in 2025 (BLS); the new car stores average more than 50 jobs each, while the used lots are small. Regulation Z and the FTC Used Car Rule apply in Las Cruces exactly as in El Paso, so payment ads carry the same disclosures. With small teams on the used lots, the stock number on every page and a quick "still available" answer by text do more work than a long about page.
Ciudad Juárez
INEGI lists 136 used car lots in Juárez, 92.6% with five people or fewer, and only 2 with a website on record. The rest have no website of their own on record. A simple site with a page per vehicle, prices in pesos with the total shown and the dollar price beside it, and a WhatsApp button with the stock number already typed in would put a lot ahead of nearly all of its neighbors. NOM-122 also asks for the make, model and price of each vehicle on display, a written warranty statement before the sale, and a PROFECO-registered contract in Spanish. Google's vehicle listings don't run in Mexico, so the Business Profile and the site carry the whole load.

Questions
Can I show "$299 a month" on my inventory page?
Yes, if the full disclosure travels with it. Under Regulation Z, a monthly payment, a down payment, a number of payments or a finance charge in an ad are "triggering terms." Once one appears, the same ad has to state the down payment, the terms of repayment over the whole loan and the rate as an "annual percentage rate." We build the payment line and its disclosure as one block, so one can't be published without the other.
What price can I advertise for a car in Texas?
A price you will sell that car for to any retail buyer. TxDMV's rule (43 TAC § 215.250) says a featured sales price must already include destination, dealer preparation and any added markup. Only registration, title and license fees, taxes and other fees the law expressly allows can be left out. A "doc fee" added after the fact is the kind of thing that rule is written against, so we set the price field up to show the number you can honor.
Do I need a Spanish Buyers Guide on my used cars?
If you conduct the sale in Spanish, yes. The FTC's Used Car Rule says the window Buyers Guide and the contract disclosures must then be in Spanish too. On a border lot where the conversation switches languages at the desk, keeping both versions printed is the safe habit. The website should match: a Spanish vehicle page for the buyers you'll sell to in Spanish.
Can my inventory show up on Google?
In the U.S., yes, through Google's vehicle listings. The dealer needs a claimed and verified Business Profile with the vehicle dealer category, and the inventory goes in through a feed that Google matches to that profile. The program is U.S. only, so a Juárez lot can't use it. We set up the profile and get your vehicle pages ready for whichever feed your inventory tool produces.
Do you build the inventory software?
No. We connect the one you already use, through its feed or export, so each car gets its own page on your site and drops off when it sells. For a small lot without an inventory tool, we set up vehicle pages you can add and mark as sold yourself from your phone. Either way, the quote says which one and when it is ready.
My lot is in Juárez. Can I list prices only in dollars?
No. Mexico's consumer law asks for advertising in Spanish with prices in pesos; dollars can go beside them, not instead. The total has to include taxes and, on credit, interest, commissions and insurance. NOM-122-SCFI-2010 adds used-car rules: show at least the make, model and price of each vehicle, tell the buyer in writing whether there is a warranty, and use a contract in Spanish registered with PROFECO.
How do I get more buyers to my car lot?
Give every vehicle its own page and answer messages fast. Each unit needs photos, the price and the stock number, and a message button that sends that stock number with the question, so you know which truck they mean. Keep your Google profile current with lot photos and reviews, and follow up the buyers who went quiet. In El Paso, Las Cruces and Juárez, answering in the language the buyer wrote in, within minutes, matters as much as the price.
