Lead follow-up for El Paso businesses

Lead follow-up for your El Paso business: every new inquiry gets a reply right away and a planned set of emails, or texts for people who opted in, until they book or tell you they are set.

At a glance

  • What: every new inquiry from your website, your ads, your Google listing or a missed call gets a reply right away and a planned follow-up after that.
  • It stops on its own: when the lead books, replies or says no, the follow-up ends.
  • Consent first: texts go only to people who opted in, with frequency, rates and STOP/HELP spelled out. Emails carry an unsubscribe link and your mailing address.
  • Yours: the contacts, the messages and the history live in your business's accounts.
  • How to start: tell us where your leads come from and get a free sample of the follow-up plan and a fixed written quote, with no obligation.

The problem it solves

Most leads don’t say no. They just go quiet. They asked three businesses for a quote, two answered and nobody followed up. Lead follow-up makes sure your business answers first and checks in after, on a schedule you approved, until the person books or tells you they are set.

What a plan looks like

Someone asks for a roofing estimate on a Tuesday night. They get a reply right away with what happens next, a text the next morning if they opted in, a note after the estimate with the answer to the question most people ask, and a last check-in a week later. Every message sounds like your business, in English or Spanish.

The rules we build in

Texts go only to people who opted in, and STOP ends them at once. Email follow-up carries an unsubscribe link and your mailing address, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires, and an unsubscribe takes effect right away instead of the 10 business days the law allows. Nothing goes out under Rodco’s name: it is your business talking to your customer.

Where it connects

Leads arrive through your website and your Facebook and Instagram ads and land in a CRM built around how you work. Online booking gives every follow-up a place to send people. We set this up for businesses across El Paso, Horizon City, Socorro, Las Cruces and Ciudad Juárez. See every front office service or ask for your free sample.

How it works

The same order every time: nothing is built, and nothing is paid, until you have seen your sample and the written quote.

  1. Tell us where your leads come from

Every place inquiries arrive, what you do with them today, how long a typical customer takes to decide and what a won lead looks like.

    Day 1

  2. Your free sample

The full follow-up plan with each message written out in English and Spanish, and a fixed written quote beside it. Free, with no obligation.

    One business day

  3. You approve, we connect and test

We connect each lead source, load the messages, add the opt-in to your forms and send test leads through every path. If the plan uses texts, carriers review the texting registration on their own schedule, and texts stay off until it clears.

    When you are ready

  4. Training

How to see where each lead stands, pause someone's follow-up, edit a message and mark a job as won or lost.

    1 session

  5. The first 30 days

We read real replies with you, cut any message that didn't earn its place and adjust the timing to how your customers decide.

    Day 30

As little as 48 hours of lead time covers most projects. Larger sites, online stores and sites with booking or ordering systems get their own dated timeline in the written quote.

How pricing works

Every business needs a different set of pieces, so every quote is written for yours. You see your free sample and a fixed written quote before you pay anything. Here is how a quote works.

  • Agency-quality work at small-business prices, quoted in writing before anything starts.
  • A fixed written quote. No surprise invoices.
  • You can own your website instead of renting it: no monthly website fee, with the domain, files and accounts in your name.
  • Pay for the services you actually need. Every package is built à la carte.

Questions

What is speed to lead?

Speed to lead is how long a new inquiry waits for its first answer. It matters because the person who asked three shops for a quote tends to go with whoever replies while they're still deciding. Here, every new lead to your El Paso business, from your site, your ads or your Google listing, gets a reply right away, day or night.

How fast does a new lead hear back?

Right after they send the request, at any hour. The first reply confirms you got it, says when a person will reach out and, if it fits, offers a link to book. You get the lead's details at the same moment.

Won't people get annoyed by the follow-up?

Not when each message is short, useful and stops when it should. A common plan is a handful of messages over two or three weeks: the first reply, a check-in, an answer to a question people often ask, and a last note. It stops the moment they book, reply or ask to stop, and you approve every message before it goes live.

Do I need permission to text leads?

Yes, and we build it into the form. Texts go only to people who tick a box themselves, and the box is never required to get a quote. Next to it, the form says what they will receive, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that they can reply STOP or HELP. Federal TCPA rules define written consent, which can be signed electronically and can never be a condition of buying, and our opt-ins follow that standard. Texas also brought marketing texts under its telephone solicitation law in September 2025. People who don't opt in get email only.

Where do the leads come from?

Your website form, your Google listing, Facebook and Instagram lead forms, a missed call, or a walk-in you type in yourself. Each one lands as a contact marked with where it came from, so you can see which source sends people who actually book.

Does someone still need to call the lead?

For most jobs, yes. Follow-up keeps the lead from going cold and books the easy ones. When someone asks for a call or a site visit, you get a notice right away and the follow-up pauses until you have talked.
