  • Written by Rodco Systems in El Paso. Every figure comes from the vendor's own page, listed under sources.

A small-business website in El Paso costs anywhere from $99 to $2,500 up front on the prices local designers and the agencies selling here publish, and most of them add a monthly fee. Counted over the first year, which is the fair way to compare a cheap page with a monthly bill against a bigger one-time price, the eight offers we checked in October 2026 run from $687 to $2,988.

That is the short answer to how much a website costs in El Paso. The rest of this guide shows each published price, what pushes a quote up or down, and the questions worth asking before you sign anything.

Published website prices in El Paso, side by side

We took the lowest published plan from each vendor and added twelve months of whatever monthly fee that plan carries. No estimates, no hidden fees guessed at: only what the vendor’s own page says.

Vendor Based in Lowest published plan Monthly fee on that plan First-year cost
Launch915 El Paso $99, one page $49 hosting $687
Las Cruces Website Launch Las Cruces From $299 $49 care $887
El Paso Web Designers El Paso From $700 (restaurants) $25 to $100 $1,000 to $1,900
Newemage El Paso From $1,200 None published $1,200 or more
915website.com El Paso $1,500, five pages $25 hosting only $1,800
915 Studios El Paso $1,200 launch special $75 maintenance $2,100
CodeWCG Houston area $2,500 None published $2,500 or more
SEOteric Georgia $249 a month, 12-month minimum $249 $2,988

Two of these deserve a note. Launch915’s founding-client offer drops hosting to $25 a month, which brings its first year to $399 while the offer lasts. And 915 Studios shows its $1,200 price as a launch special marked down from $2,000.

What the designers themselves say the range is

Some vendors publish a market range, not just their own price, and those ranges line up with the table.

El Paso Web Designers writes that most small-business websites in El Paso cost between $600 and $3,000 one-time, plus $25 to $100 a month for hosting and care. Newemage puts typical agency builds at $1,500 to $10,000, with maintenance anywhere from $300 to $15,000 a year. CodeWCG’s El Paso page runs from $2,500 for a clean professional site to $15,000 and up for custom web applications.

National agencies sit in another bracket. Blennd, a Denver agency, says most of its projects land between $20,000 and $60,000. That buys a different kind of project than a restaurant in Northeast El Paso needs.

What moves the price up or down

How many pages

A one-page site holds your services, hours, a map and a call button. Five pages give each main service its own page, which helps Google match you to more searches. The table shows the jump: 915website.com’s $1,500 covers five pages, and Launch915 charges $299 for three to five pages against $99 for one.

A second language

In El Paso a Spanish version is often the difference between a call and a lost customer. Doing it properly means pages written in Spanish, each linked to its English twin. A translate button bolted onto an English site is cheaper and reads like it. Ask which one the quote includes.

Who writes the words and takes the photos

If you hand over finished text and good photos, the job is smaller. If the designer interviews you and writes the copy, or shoots your shop and your work, that time shows up in the quote. Neither is wrong, but you should know which one you are paying for.

What the site has to do

Online ordering, appointment booking, a store with inventory, or a form that feeds your phone system each add work and sometimes a monthly software fee from a third party. Get those costs written down separately so you can see them.

Owning it or renting it

This is the line people skip and later regret. Some plans are rent-to-own: 915website.com’s monthly plan says you own the site after twelve payments. SEOteric’s website plan carries a 12-month minimum. Other designers state plainly that the domain, the code and the hosting account are yours from day one. Both models are legitimate. What matters is that you know which one you bought before you need to move.

Time

Published timelines vary as much as prices. El Paso Web Designers quotes three to six weeks from kickoff to launch, Las Cruces Website Launch seven to ten days, 915website.com two to three weeks, and Launch915 24 to 48 hours for its one-page site. A short timeline only holds if your content is ready, so ask what the designer needs from you and when.

Costs that keep coming after launch

The up-front price is not the whole bill. Budget for these every year:

  • The domain. A yearly renewal. Make sure it is registered in your name, not the designer’s.
  • Hosting. Sometimes included, often $25 to $49 a month on the local plans above.
  • Care or maintenance. Updates, backups and small edits, $25 to $100 a month on the local plans we found.
  • Third-party tools. Booking, ordering or email marketing software bills you directly.
  • Sales tax. Ask whether the quote includes it.

A $99 page with $49 hosting costs $687 in year one and $1,275 by the end of year two. A $1,500 site with $25 hosting costs $1,800 in year one and $2,100 by the end of year two. Run the same math on any quote you get.

Where Rodco Systems fits

Every Rodco site is quoted for what it needs: how many pages, one language or two, whether you have photos, and what the site has to connect to. Rodco Systems consistently undercuts local competition, with higher quality, and you get the choice to own your website instead of renting it: no monthly website fee, with the domain, files and accounts in your name.

How it works here:

  • A free sample first. Your home page, designed with your name, your services and your colors, on a private link. Ready in one business day, with no obligation.
  • A fixed written quote beside the sample, before any work starts.
  • Live in as little as 48 hours once you approve the sample and the quote and we have your logo, photos, services, hours and phone number. Larger sites, online stores and booking or ordering systems get a dated timeline in the quote.
  • Yours from day one. Domain, hosting, Google accounts and site files are registered in your name. The only recurring cost is your domain.

We meet El Paso and Las Cruces clients in person. Ask for your sample through the quote form, a call or WhatsApp, and compare it with any quote in the table.

Questions to ask any web designer before you sign

  1. What is the total for the first year, including every monthly fee?
  2. Who owns the domain, the hosting account and the site files, starting when?
  3. Is there a minimum term, and what happens to the site if I cancel?
  4. Is the Spanish version written in Spanish, or is it a translation widget?
  5. Who writes the text and who supplies the photos?
  6. What do you need from me, and how long after I send it does the site go live?
  7. What does a change cost after launch?

If a designer cannot answer the first two in writing, keep looking.

How we checked these prices

Each vendor’s own page was opened and read on October 1 and 2, 2026. We used the lowest published plan, added twelve times the monthly fee that plan carries, and added nothing we had to guess. Out-of-town agencies are included because they sell web design to El Paso businesses. Thrive and The Ad Firm publish budget brackets instead of prices, and Stanton Street publishes none, so they are left out. Prices change. We re-check every vendor in January, April, July and October and update this page and its date.

Questions

Is a $99 website worth it?

It can be, if one page is all your business needs: your services, your hours, a map and a number to tap. Look at the monthly fee before you sign. The $99 page in our table comes with $49 a month of hosting, which adds $588 in the first year and another $588 every year after that.

Why do some web designers charge a monthly fee?

Usually for hosting, updates and small changes. Some plans are closer to renting: the site stays theirs until a set number of payments, or the contract has a minimum term. Ask what happens to the site, the domain and your Google accounts if you stop paying.

Does a bilingual website cost twice as much?

Not twice, but it is real work. A Spanish version done properly means the pages are written in Spanish, not passed through a translate button, and each page links to its English twin so Google shows the right one. Ask whether the quote includes written Spanish pages or a translation widget.

How much should I budget after the site is live?

Plan on the yearly domain renewal, hosting if the designer does not include it, and any care plan you choose. Local care plans we found run $25 to $100 a month. Newemage, an El Paso agency, puts website maintenance at $300 to $15,000 a year depending on the site.
